1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us at support@obicomtech.in with your Order ID.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is not as described on the website.
  • The order was cancelled successfully within the eligible cancellation period.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital products or downloadable items (if applicable)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice
  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

4. Return Process

  • Customers must notify us within 3–7 days of delivery to request a return or refund.
  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault from our side.

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are available for damaged or defective products, subject to stock availability.
  • If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
