1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is not as described on the website.
- The order was cancelled successfully within the eligible cancellation period.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital products or downloadable items (if applicable)
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice
- Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
4. Return Process
- Customers must notify us within 3–7 days of delivery to request a return or refund.
- Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
5. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault from our side.
6. Replacement Policy
- Replacements are available for damaged or defective products, subject to stock availability.
- If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
